MODULE 1
SETTING INTENTIONS
We'll begin by taking a few moments to set ourselves up energetically and intentionally to get clear on what your hopes are to take away from the course.
MODULE 2
UNDERSTANDING STORIES
We'll begin to explore in more detail how stories show up in our lives and how they play out either on a conscious or subconscious level. You’ll be led through a visualization process to support this level of understanding.
MODULE 3
DECONSTRUCTING YOUR STORY
We'll begin a process of breaking down a story that you feel is a significant block to your pathfinding more flow. Have a journal/notepad ready for this module.
MODULE 4
SUBCONSCIOUS STORIES
We'll dive into understanding the nature of how our subconscious beliefs are rooted deep within us and running the show until we shine a light on them.
MODULE 5
INTEGRATION THROUGH MOVEMENT
We'll move through a yoga practice (suitable for all levels) to aid in clearing energy on the physical level after identifying some of your stories and helping them move through your body.
MODULE 6
ENERGY CLEARING & MEDITATION
Find yourself comfortable and be open to receiving Reiki energy through this guided meditation, and sound bowl experience.
