hello
I'm Laura, a Personal Growth Coach and Author helping people understand themselves better to move forward with clarity and self-trust.
MY STORY
When I was 18, my body forced me to stop and pay attention. I became suddenly ill — constant nausea, exhaustion, anxiety, and a deep sense that something wasn’t right. After weeks of tests and hospital visits, doctors couldn’t offer clear answers. I was sent home with medication, but no real understanding of why it had happened or how to prevent it from happening again.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
If no one could explain what was happening inside me, I would have to learn how to listen for myself. I began exploring the connection between stress, emotions, and the body long before it was widely discussed. What started as a search for relief became a lifelong commitment to understanding how we adapt, heal, and grow.
Over the next two decades, I navigated anxiety, depression, chronic health challenges, burnout, low self-worth, and the quiet work of learning how to set boundaries, speak up for my needs, and rebuild trust in myself. I know what it feels like to keep functioning on the outside while something inside is asking for attention.
For 14 years, I worked as a Post Production Project Manager in Los Angeles. From the outside, it looked successful. Inside, I felt depleted and disconnected. Eventually, I realized I had a choice: continue pushing through at the cost of my health, or create a different way of living.
I chose differently.
That decision led me through years of deep personal work with mentors, therapists, and teachers, as well as formal training in coaching and healing practices. More importantly, it taught me how real change actually happens — not through force or perfection, but through awareness, compassion, and steady support.
Becoming a mother added another layer of understanding. It brought profound love, responsibility, and joy — along with exhaustion, identity shifts, and the reality of caring for someone else while still learning how to care for myself. It reinforced what I had already learned: growth isn’t a straight line, and strength isn’t about doing everything alone.
Today, I support people who are in that same in-between space — high-functioning, capable individuals who sense that something in their life or within themselves needs attention, even if they can’t fully name it yet.
My approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply practical. I don’t believe you need to be fixed. I believe you need space to understand yourself without judgment, recognize the patterns shaping your life, and make choices that align with who you are becoming.
I’m continually inspired by the resilience of the human spirit and the body’s capacity to adapt when given the right conditions. When we become curious about our thoughts, emotions, and reactions — instead of fighting them — clarity begins to emerge, and change becomes more sustainable.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or quietly aware that something needs to shift, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Support doesn’t diminish your strength — it helps you use it more wisely.
You don’t have to overhaul your life overnight.
You just need one honest step toward yourself.
HERE WITH YOU,
Laura
